You’ll be introduced to our team, who will guide you through the process from start to finish. Our recruitment specialists source and pre-screen candidates, providing short introduction videos to assist with shortlisting.

You only meet pre-vetted candidates with the right fit of skills, talents, attitude, and culture saving you hours of filtering and guesswork. Once you’ve selected your shortlist, those candidates will complete aptitude and personality tests to confirm their skills and fit. Based on the results, you’ll then conduct online interviews with candidates before making your selection.

Does Mintrix provide training and support for the Virtual Assistant?

Yes. We offer internal learning sessions, training resources, and regular coaching focused on communication, tech tools, productivity, and client service. We also provide access to a supportive VA community and monthly check-ins to help your VA grow in their role.

If the VA isn’t meeting expectations, please let us know straight away. We’ll assess the situation, offer additional support or coaching, and if needed, reassign tasks or provide a replacement. Our goal is to ensure the relationship works well for both you and your VA.

You manage the VA directly day-to-day. However, we stay involved behind the scenes through ongoing support, check-ins, coaching, feedback, and issue resolution. We’re here to keep things on track and jump in if any challenges arise.

VAs follow their clients’ Australian business hours.
Yes. Your VA can continue working with you directly beyond the initial 12 months. However, once the support period ends, Mintrix services like training, community access, coaching, and issue resolution are no longer included unless you choose to renew the support arrangement.
